• Handle cash, debit, credit, and mobile payments accurately using the POS system
• Restock shelves, refrigerators, and coffee stations to maintain product availability
• Monitor stock levels and notify the manager of low or out-of-stock items
• Monitor the premises using CCTV and stay alert to suspicious behavior
• Follow proper procedures during emergencies, including theft, fire, or accidents
• Perform end-of-shift cleaning and cash reconciliation
