  • In this role, I was brought on to build Vaco Toronto's IT/Tech line of business by breaking into small all the way to enterprise level companies.
  • Delivered high level presentations to C-Level suite to Engineering Managers, and demonstrated how Vaco can support them with any need they have in regards to consulting and staffing.
  • Developed great relationships with C-Level executives, closing contracts worth up to $500K.
  • On-boarded 20 new clients within the first 6 months of my tenure, after re-building my entire book of business from scratch. By the end of my first 12 months, I onboarded 55 new clients such as from the TD Bank, RBC, Air Canada, Instacart and Ebay.
  • Responsible for recruitment of high level Software Engineering positions ranging from Senior Engineers all the way to C-Level positions. Recruitment specialties include: Engineering Leaders (Director, VP, CTO, CIO), Software Engineers, Machine Learning/AI Engineers, Cloud Engineers and Security Engineers.
  • Overseeing a team of 6 sales representatives and helped develop new recruitment and business development strategies for the Toronto office.
  • Generated a gross revenue of $700K in my first year and expanded client base by 110% from outbound sales calls, cold calling and outbound prospecting to relevant stakeholders.

  • Hired as an Entry Level Recruiter right after graduating University and eventually made it to a Team Manager/Account Executive position. 
  • Negotiated and consulted C-level executives on hiring plans, fees, and best practices in brining in top talent. 
  • Managed a team of 360 desk recruiters (recruitment/sales) who specizalize in placing Golang, Java, JavaScript, Data and Machine Learning Engineers across Canada. 
  • Owned full life cycle recruitment and business development for contract and permanent roles. Built a book of business from scratch through networking, cold calling, email, referrals and LinkedIn outreach. 
  • Motion Toronto's #1 contracting biller, with 40 contractors on billing, which generated $700K in contract revenue annualy. 
  • Landed several enterprise level companies including the Big 4 banks, which made Motion Toronto a preferred vendor for their IT staffing needs. This resulted in $1.5 Million in annual revenue for Motion Toronto. 
  • Consitently generated revenue of $900K annually from 2019-2023, which is the Top 1% of Motion Recruitment globally.
