  • Helped transfer of course material for a previously online-exclusive compulsory course, KPE 220 (Psychosocial Development over the Lifespan; Dr. Lynda Mainwaring), to an in-person format.
  • Facilitated the delivery of weekly lecture material, interactive learning opportunities, and office hours over 12 weeks in Fall 2023 for KPE 220.
  • Helped comprehensively assess 22 group assignments four different times, as well as 45 final exams, within 2-4 days following their due dates for KPE 220.
  • Currently delivering weekly office hours and biweekly lab-based data collections for assignments in KPE 263 (Introduction to Biomechanics; Dr. Timothy Burkhart) for over 200 students.
  • Will be evaluating two individual research reports and four individual lab reports for approximately 50 students, as well as two written examinations for over 200 students, in KPE 263.

  • Worked under supervision of Ryan Morrison, Director of Sport Science & Physical Rehabilitation (FCAMPT, IFOMPT, CSCS).
  • Collected and interpreted kinematic and kinetic data on the movement patterns of 60+ clients and 200+ athletes as part of comprehensive assessment plans toward the development of optimized fitness & wellness plans.
  • Collaborated with an integrated support team (IST) of sport medicine physicians, physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, registered dietitians, and strength and conditioning specialists to develop and deliver comprehensive, evidence based rehabilitation protocols for specific orthopedic injuries.
  • Following individual consultation, worked with and developed health and wellness plans for 60+ individual clients with various medical histories who were referred to me by fellow integrated support team members. Optimized fitness & wellness plans for various rehabilitation, healthy behaviour, and/or performance goals.
  • Collaboratively developed and delivered year-long periodized training plans for high performance athletic teams with the goal of continually developing and optimizing athlete health and performance.
  • Helped develop and deliver group fitness classes on a weekly basis, allowing clients of all contexts an inexpensive, effective way to re-engage/continue engaging in physically active lifestyles.
  • Upon accepting my MSc offer at the University of Toronto, received support from Ryan Morrison and Travis Wing (supervisors) in my application to become a part-time lead performance coach at the University of Toronto.
