• Aided leadership teams in understanding KPIs and insights by generating quarterly reports and creating dashboards with Airtable, Excel, and Tableau.
• Developed and implemented an Offer Letter Tool and Workday Integration, creating and owning the roadmap, which reduced onboarding time from days to instantaneous.

Optimized and maintained recruitment tech stack, acting as subject matter expert for Talent and HR tools and systems. Collaborated with cross-functional teams for agile sprints, UI/UX design, feature releases, and development of global data governance policies.

• Collaborated with Talent Engineering and Talent Acquisition teams to implement Lever (ATS) and to facilitate rollout of internal CRM. Managed UAT, developed and delivered training materials, and crafted communications to support change management across100+ business partners.
