  • I participated in goal setting, tracking branch results and monitoring quality of sales and service delivery targets
  • Furthermore I was responsible for branch compliance and FINTAC audit ratings, acting as branch compliance officer and communication updates on legislative requirements to employees when required
  • I was responsible for audit and compliance of all cash processes, document retention, outstanding lending, as well as daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

  • I transitioned to side counter position within the first year
  • In this role I supported the Supervisor Cash Services as well as the Manager Member Service by posting and balancing treasury, ordering/shipping cash, maintaining SDBS as well as account opening and assisting members in branch and by phone
  • This role taught me the basics and during this time I gained confidence in my skills and knowledge.
