I am a Professional Author who has had two memoirs published in hardcover, a humor book, and four digital books for promotion. The memoirs were humor driven stories about my younger days working in retail. The humor book was about gay feelings and the four digital books were ordered to promote with my retail memoirs.

I also created, edited, and content supplied a popular blog for 15 years called Retail Hell Underground RHU.

For the last 5 years I have been a caregiver to a woman who ended up with Alzheimer's. She was a friend and it has been difficult which is why I'm not continuing as a caregiver, I want to get back to creating and writing.

I am patient with the elderly should my writing and creating skills come in handy for a situation like that. I also have adept assistant skills and can communicate with all types of people.

I worked for Nordstrom for many years as a manager and salesperson. Some of those experiences are what I wrote about in my published memoirs.

I ran a 5 million dollar handbag business and became hyper aware of customer service. I give outstanding customer service and I can train others to do the same. I believe bad service doesn't have to keep happening, it can be stopped in it's tracks and redirected.

I have a creative imagination, humor driven personality, and instinct for whats popular and can develop engaging content and strategies to implement.
