• Re-established and developed the Dawson College Foundation day-to-day operations, after shut-down due to the pandemic, by initially working 3 days per week solo, between Nov 3, 2021, and March 10, 2023, and 5 days per week thereafter with efficiency and in compliance with the foundation's established standards, requirements, and expectations.
• Successfully delivered 3 Annual Audits, AGM, Financial Statements and Annual Reporting for the Foundation (2021 to 2023).
• Successfully managed the cleanup and restructure accounting in QuickBooks and Donor Perfect and spearheaded implemented of many new no code tools for donations/payments collection (PayPal, GiveCloud, Moneris, Éclipse Auction Solutions, LiveAlumni, Sponsor Valuation Calculator, and Imagine Canada's - Grant Connect)
• Helped to build strong relations with new funder -Colleges and Institutes Canada, assisting Dawson Sustainability in successful writing Grants adding $140,000 to project budgets , as well as, additional $20,000 for Youth Conferences and financial supports of $30,000 for translation to French of Dawson's Sustainable Happiness program and advancing teacher training.
• Projects were established and managed by the Foundation.
• Elected to represent Dawson on the Executive Committee of the Regroupement des fondations collégiales du Quebec, who run the programme Placements cégeps, a 45 million dollar fund.
• Developed and managed 13 Student Academic Enrichment Fund Projects with Foundation investment to date of $180,000
• In addition, $55,000 was raised for Student Evaluations and Emergency support.
• Helped to raise the professional profile and the funds raised over $70K with the Dawson College Golf Classic, in Summer 2022 and 2023. Additionally, raise $29,000 in new Golf revenue benefiting partners and community organizations in Little Burgundy neighbourhood with Dr. Oliver Jones.

• Founded and managed Effort Collectif as a successful consultancy with several long-standing client collaborations - both Quebec-based and Canada-wide non-profit organizations and profit-seeking organizations to plan, develop and improve administrative processes by introduction of efficiencies, new methodologies and software solutions
• At client -Child Development Institute of Toronto, EC collaborations increases networking and partnerships on-boarding with structured community meetings, presentations and events to facilitate and impart clear terms reference for implementing sustainable SNAP program development across Canada (and the State of Florida), as part of a $5.8 million expansion of the SNAP program focused on children aged 6 to 11, with emotional dysregulation and conduct disorders - and supports to their families, funded by Public Safety Canada, who defined the goal of 100 new sites in 5 years, which we surpassed by 23 sites six months prior to the deadline, even during a world pandemic.
• At client -Transformer Table, a Pointe-Claire profit-seeking furniture start-up, EC assisted in added new systems and API integrations with Kickstarter and other tools to streamline shipping and Shopify stores which helped them scale, year one, to just over $300,000 in total sales, to today, they have exceeded $80 million in sales.

• Managed the Annual Giving Campaign for Youth Employment Services, raising 30% over the previous year and established new relationships with RBC Bank and three new Family Foundation's
• Cleaned up the fundraising systems and lists and advised on strategic opportunities in better meeting their mission goals.

• Managed the day-to-day operations of 3 Senior Day Centers, 2-over-night Summer Camps with over 800 annual campers and several family programs, focused on child development, parenting skills, youth development and peace initiatives in schools and in the community
• Diversified the organizations funding base, while advancing networking and partnerships to enhance relevance with Community-wide approaches, better connected with the evolving Quebec Health and Social Service networks, to better meet the missions of poverty reduction and community engagement for promotion of health
• Stabilized the organizational funding at $1.2 million annual and navigated a two-year funder review process, which precipitated organization wide changes, new strategic planning for 5 years and an organization name change
• Proudly partnered with Dawson College in the early development of Sustainable Happiness and early Peace initiatives across Montreal between 2012 and 2016.

• Assisted then Director General, in collaboration with the Communications Department, building planning for a Foundation and development of a new strategic plan and fundraising culture
