  • Re-established and developed the Dawson College Foundation day-to-day operations, after shut-down due to the pandemic, by initially working 3 days per week solo, between Nov 3, 2021, and March 10, 2023, and 5 days per week thereafter with efficiency and in compliance with the foundation's established standards, requirements, and expectations.
  • Successfully delivered 3 Annual Audits, AGM, Financial Statements and Annual Reporting for the Foundation (2021 to 2023).
  • Successfully managed the cleanup and restructure accounting in QuickBooks and Donor Perfect and spearheaded implemented of many new no code tools for donations/payments collection (PayPal, GiveCloud, Moneris, Éclipse Auction Solutions, LiveAlumni, Sponsor Valuation Calculator, and Imagine Canada's - Grant Connect)
  • Helped to build strong relations with new funder -Colleges and Institutes Canada, assisting Dawson Sustainability in successful writing Grants adding $140,000 to project budgets , as well as, additional $20,000 for Youth Conferences and financial supports of $30,000 for translation to French of Dawson's Sustainable Happiness program and advancing teacher training.
  • Projects were established and managed by the Foundation.
  • Elected to represent Dawson on the Executive Committee of the Regroupement des fondations collégiales du Quebec, who run the programme Placements cégeps, a 45 million dollar fund.
  • Developed and managed 13 Student Academic Enrichment Fund Projects with Foundation investment to date of $180,000
  • In addition, $55,000 was raised for Student Evaluations and Emergency support.
  • Helped to raise the professional profile and the funds raised over $70K with the Dawson College Golf Classic, in Summer 2022 and 2023. Additionally, raise $29,000 in new Golf revenue benefiting partners and community organizations in Little Burgundy neighbourhood with Dr. Oliver Jones.

  • At client -Transformer Table, a Pointe-Claire profit-seeking furniture start-up, EC assisted in added new systems and API integrations with Kickstarter and other tools to streamline shipping and Shopify stores which helped them scale, year one, to just over $300,000 in total sales, to today, they have exceeded $80 million in sales.
