- Provides trainings for new end users, refresher trainings and trainings on new topics/functionalities

- Onboard and off-boards end users

- Troubleshoot and resolve system(cargo wise 1) related issues.

- Established and maintained quality control standards.

- Provide assistance and information to clients regarding shipping and logistics services, helping them understand the process and options available.
- Arrange for collection/pick up of customer orders/cargo through various DHL stations
globally.

- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and other stakeholders throughout
the shipping process.

- Processing of shipping documents for import customs clearance using customs
system (ICUMS).

- Tracking shipments in real time, updating clients and status of their cargo and addressing any deviations from the expected timeline. Also, addressing customer
concerns and resolving customer related problems.

- Processing of supplier invoice for payment.

- Ensures prompt clearance of cargo/shipment upon vessel arrival.

- Bill/invoice and deliver invoices with all support documents to customer for payment.

- Prepare reports for customer KPI review meetings.

- Identifies areas of improvement in customer service processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
