  • Budget revision 2010: Following global deficit in operation department, reduction of 2 M CAD of total budget of 15 projects running in 5 countries without reducing strategic ambitions and quality of care.
  • Haiti: Post earthquake, reconstruction from scratch of Emergency Obstetric Care Hospital with 120 beds performing average of 1000 deliveries per month with 300 c-sections.   • Conducted needs assessment in different conflict areas (north of Uganda and east of (DRC) that resulted in new programs development
  • Managed a vaccination campaign targeting 160,000 people during a Meningitis epidemic.

  • Negotiated successfully with Uganda Ministry of Health to initiate a pilot project to test different Malaria treatment protocols in collaboration with Epicentre (Epidemiology Centre in Paris). The government used the results at the annual international conference on Malaria, to support the decision to change the national treatment protocols.
