  • UBIZ Case Competition Organizer & Sponsorship Acquisition, Played a key role in organizing the UBIZ Case Competition, an intercollegiate business challenge that connected students with industry leaders. Successfully secured two of the three major sponsorships, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and strategic partnership building.   • As NAIT’s first-ever Student-in-Residence Mentor at the Business Information Centre, I developed and implemented a peer mentorship framework to support entrepreneurial-minded students. I guided students in business planning, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making through personalized one-on-one mentorship, helping them overcome challenges and build confidence. My role focused on fostering a supportive environment where students could refine their ideas, develop essential skills, and take actionable steps toward their academic goals.
