Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies to source high-quality materials and components essential for our operations.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers worldwide, fostering partnerships that ensure reliability, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, focusing on pricing, delivery schedules, and service agreements to optimize value and mitigate risks.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee global logistics operations, including shipping, customs clearance, and distribution, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials to project sites across multiple continents.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop proactive strategies to mitigate disruptions, ensuring continuity and resilience in procurement activities.
• Compliance and Sustainability: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal requirements and ethical standards, promoting sustainable practices and corporate social responsibility throughout the supply chain.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence.

• Develop and implement category strategies for procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Manage supplier relationships by negotiating contracts, monitoring performance and developing contingency plans.

• To provide efficient logistics supports by implementing, establishing and supervise a Procurement Department, DCAA compliance and FAR flow down clauses required by contract; with a solid structure, procedures, policies and guidelines that ensured the USG mission success.
• Source, pre-qualify and evaluate suppliers to assess what services and products they are qualified to provide thereby ensuring that the correct products and services are contracted.
• Authorize supply orders and contracts for values up to USD $500,000. Where contract values exceed this financial limit, analyze and prepare reports & recommendations for review & approval at Project Manager.
• Receive complex or high value purchase requisition and enquiries from Departments, confirm and / or help define department requirements and issue for enquiry.
• In conjunction with User Departments, develop tender documents to produce detailed specifications(including gathering Legal and Insurance advice) and to subsequently issue for tender to obtain equal and competitive quotations. For tenders of high complexity, the job holder will also work with the field supervisor in the development of the tender specifications.
• Negotiate contract prices and terms and conditions for one group of complex and /or high value commodities or services to ensure that the Company's best contractual and commercial position is attained.
• Prepare initial documentation of Commercial terms and Operational requirements (Contracts) for review by Project Management.
• Ensure that all aspects of the contracts and purchase orders placed are satisfied in accordance with user requirements.
• Identify and advise Procurement and User Department management of any problems with the company procurement activity and supply base and propose solutions.
• Carry out in depth Supplier performance monitoring, measurement analysis and make recommendations to Procurement and User Department management for improvements in the service and quality provided to internal customers. Close liaison with User departments is required to develop a close relationship and understanding of their needs.

• Manage sourcing activities for strategic & core activities and establish general strategy for managed contracts.
• Leading the full sourcing process which includes development of scope, supplier selection, commercial negotiation, risk mitigation and contract execution, ensuring the appropriate business involvement at all stages of the process.
• Assure compliance with AML-ABC
• Ensure application of an end-to-end (TCO) view in all sourcing decisions.
• Enables utilization of key procurement systems (ARIBA, SAP, MAXIMO) to improve PSCM Efficiency.

• Feasibility analysis of projects within the operational area (yield payback/risks opportunities ,etc.) and implementation of the following projects: Category Management, Spaceman, Supply Chain Automatization, Continuous replenishment, VMI (Vendor Management Inventory, CPFR (Collaboration, Planning, forecast and replenishment) and Electronic Data Interchange.
• Execution, expediting, validation and analysis of negotiations, agreements and purchase orders.
• Manage various operational functions including third party warehousing, ordering and clearance of stock and monthly sales forecasting.
• Providing strategic support to the General Manager in the development of the retail and online direct sales model.
