With over six years of experience in various People & Culture roles, I’ve supported growing organizations to build and evolve their talent programs and employee experience strategies. At We Are Charlotte, I partnered with clients across a range of industries to co-create performance frameworks, lead cyclical review and engagement processes, support succession planning and design culture-first programs — all while embedding scalable systems and feedback loops. Working with high-growth organizations taught me to move between strategy and detail quickly, to constantly innovate and evolve with changing priorities, and to always lead with curiosity, collaboration and care.
Took a purposeful career break to travel and work in a high-volume, customer-facing role at Big White Ski Resort in British Columbia. This experience sharpened my ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate across cultures and collaborate in fast-paced, team-oriented environment - skills that are essential for building inclusive and agile workplaces.
Led a diverse portfolio of up to five clients across industries such as technology, digital marketing, financial services and allied health. Acted as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to executives, People & Culture teams, and employees, delivering high-impact talent programs that were people-first, values-led and scalable.
