Summary

With over six years of experience in various People & Culture roles, I’ve supported growing organizations to build and evolve their talent programs and employee experience strategies. My approach is people-centered, values-aligned and grounded in the belief that scalable, effective people practices should be purposeful.

At We Are Charlotte, I partnered with clients across a range of industries to co-create performance frameworks, lead cyclical review and engagement processes, support succession planning and design culture-first programs — all while embedding scalable systems and feedback loops. Working with high-growth organizations taught me to move between strategy and detail quickly, to constantly innovate and evolve with changing priorities, and to always lead with curiosity, collaboration and care.
