  • Co-led the Medium Voltage Switchgear Replacement Project at Padu Hydro Power Station.
  • Received multiple 'Red Service Star Awards' for exceptional performance at RONA (2024).
  • Led hurricane restoration efforts after Category 5 Hurricane Maria (2017) destroyed over 90% of the overhead network infrastructure.
  • Took the Underground Residential Distribution (URD) Project in the capital city Roseau from its initial stages to approximately 95% completion, thereby facilitating rapid power restoration of the capital after a major hurricane (Hurricane Maria).
