Analyzed product defect and create corrective action on mold to provide highest product.

Performed welding types such as gas metal arc welding(SMAW), gas tungsten arc welding(GTAW) and Lazer welding.

Operating conventional machine such as Lathe machine, Milling machine and grinding surface machine.

Provided expertise in tooling design reviews, offering suggestions for improvements based on past experience with similar molds or materials. Performed various types of welding and conventional machine. Ensured every parts is on right position and precise measurements base on the drawing.

Performed mold die repair and fabricates some parts of mold. Using different kind of machine and build up some parts in lazer,powder and tig welding.

Our team is responsible to all mechanical work inside the company.

Increased overall lifespan of equipment by following preventive maintenance plans and executing unscheduled repairs. Inspected structures, machinery and equipment to determine failure and causes for concern. Dismantled machinery to access, remove, and replace worn components and keep production within optimal tolerances. Made machine parameter adjustment for trial of new mold. Set up mold die and make sure good running condition for mass production.
