My job duties consisted of the following, Sweep and wash Floor in the Dietary Department , which Included the Dish room , sweep and mop freezers. sweep and mop the storage room. Clean and degrease all cooking ovens and clean and degrease cooking grill Vents. Keep and maintain Chef cooking area clean and ready for the following day.
