Supervise the Volumetric Team, ensuring the workflow information from field operations, as entered into the Petroleum Data Base (PDB) of Ecopetrol for the four regional VPs, reflects the actual activities of their fields, in order to consolidate, manage and produce the “Daily Production and Operation Report” for the CEO.

Lead project support and Management Engineer for the Upstream Production Book Project (UPB). Management and development in the processes for operational data assurance related to the injection/production wells directly operated by Ecopetrol S.A. Integration of Petro-Technical Application, in a workflow which includes processes, personnel and technology to promote and support the assurance, registration, storage and migration of engineering, and field operational activities.

Standardization of the Government Data Model to customize OpenWells-ECP in the completion and workover operations areas. Use and management of the “Suit Data Management” (OpenWells, Data Analyzer and Profile) technology applications. Application of petroleum engineering operational experience for the development of solutions which meet industry requirements within Ecopetrol E&P Information Management Coordination.

Operational Information Analysis related to completion and workover. Rating of the well completion, workover and interventions with the objective of updating the EDM (open wells, profile and data analyzer). Management, consultation and interpretation of operational data stored in files (hard copy) to populate Openwells-ECP in order to create the mechanical status of "La Cira-Infantas" oil field.

Directional drilling contracts management engineer. Job delivery acts assessment, operational reports control; hand to hand contractors partnership and supervision; handling and tracing drilling down-hole BHA tools use in completion activities; active involvement in Ecopetrol operations.

Performance of Magnetic, Penetrate, Electromagnetic and Ultrasonic testing (Non-destructive tests) for completion and workover equipment. On site inspection Involvement and training in DS-1 standard inspection practices including categories, methods and procedures of inspection as well as API standards.

Field Superintendent and Well Site Leader Assistant. Active involvement in well completion and workover operations by using several types of equipment. Preparation of completion and workover operational reporting, data management, logistics coordination and Cost tracking. hand to hand contractors partnership and supervision; handling and tracing completion and workover equipment and down-hole BHA tools. Knowledge and management of OpenWells and WellCat softwares, programming and execution of intervention with cost efficiency to maintain operations moving and optimizing cost-benefit in every job.

Active involvement in well intervention operations in high pressure wells with natural flow by using several types of equipment. Preparation of well intervention operational programs, reporting, data management and logistics coordination. Involvement in activities related to well testing and operation. Data handling and reporting by using specialized software. Also involvement in slick-line, wire-line and DST operations.
