Primary Purpose

Supervise, control, and coordinate the execution of maintenance work on the systems under my responsibility, contributing to compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance processes, thus ensuring quality and safety, following the standards of the master maintenance program. Ensure the availability and reliability of the systems, equipment, and facilities under my responsibility, in accordance with the standards defined by management. Additionally, but not limited to, some of the specific duties performed during my tenure are listed below:

• Supervise and verify the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with the provisions of plans, manuals, instructions, and procedures.
• Propose adjustments, coordinate, and ensure the execution of maintenance plans and programs, identifying opportunities for improvement and new working methods.
• Analyze faults and coordinate the team, prioritizing their severity, providing solutions based on their degree of importance.
• Oversee the management of contractors to ensure the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance work.
• Organize and supervise the technical staff under my charge, consisting of 8 technicians, ensuring they have all the resources and knowledge necessary to carry out their work.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards and procedures in work performed by internal and external staff.
