Companionship and Social Support:

• Providing companionship and conversation: Engaging in meaningful interactions and offering emotional support.
• Assisting with errands and transportation: Running errands, grocery shopping, or taking clients to appointments.
• Helping with hobbies and activities: Participating in activities that the client enjoys, such as reading, watching movies, or playing games.

Household Tasks and Meal Preparation:

• Light housekeeping: Dusting, vacuuming, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
• Meal preparation: Planning, preparing, and serving meals, as well as cleaning up afterward.
• Other Important Duties:
• Monitoring and reporting:Observing clients' health and well-being, and reporting any changes or concerns to the family or agency.
• Safety and security:Ensuring the client's home is safe and secure, and protecting them from potential hazards.

• Assisted residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting, ensuring dignity and respect.
• Provided mobility support, including safe transfers using mechanical lifts, walkers, and wheelchairs.
• Monitored and recorded vital signs, reporting changes to healthcare staff as needed.
