Responsible for purchase order management, accruals and analysis. Responsible for payroll & benefits (Canada,US). Participation in the improvement of the accounting system and procedures to increase efficiency.

Responsible for the Accounting, Payroll and Human Resources management of the British Columbia subsidiary.

Responsible for the revision of all payroll accounting. Managed the implementation of a new payroll resources and planning system for 200 unionized employees and 80 administrative staff.

Responsible for accounting and internal payroll control and Human Resources department budget. Responsible for restructuring the payroll department. Ensure payroll processing for Canadian and U.S. employees, and manage payroll and benefits process improvements projects.

Support the accounting and general administration department based in Canada. This role requires significant interaction with various head office departments, including accounting, purchasing and human resources, as well as with staff at the various sites.

Responsible for bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable transactions for several subsidiaries, and all operating expense analysis
