  • Working with six project managers and multiple directors from different government organizations, I am the main resource for the programs deliverables and milestone schedules and reports
  • Supported the creation and management of six unique team schedules using MS project on the web
  • Identified dependances between projects, which helped identify blockers for the program
  • Helped reviewed program & project artefacts such as: Program Charter, Gating plan, Risk and Issues Framework, Project Management Plan and others
  • Built the visualization of the flow of information for multiple projects which the program management office reports on to the Assistant Deputy Minister of Public Safety
