This year (2024) I spent time creating a program within my school and with the support of my employer Mr. Bill, offering swimming lessons at a very low cost for students with disabilities or financial constraints. Over the past 13 weeks, I volunteered my services as a swimming instructor every Thursday evening to teach these lessons, contributing to a safer community around water.
In 2019 and 2020 I volunteered my time to help coach the Ospreys Minor Basketball Team. I've played basketball for 6 consecutive years and its one of my favorite sports. I decided to volunteer for this team because I love the sport and hoped to help kids improve their skills and love the game as much as I do.
