Responsibilities include the provision of information, resources, training, support, strategies and coaching to licensed child care and early years' system staff based on on-site observations in the program settings.

Take an active role in the child care and early years programs demonstrating inclusion strategies and/or providing coaching support for educators.

Provide support to licensed child care and early years programs to implement planning goals, strategies and activities as identified in the Individual Service Plan.

Assist licensed child care and early years program educators in the development of environmental strategies conducive to optimal development and inclusion of children

• Using the document How Does Learning Happens provided interesting and creative learning environments for the families to explore and explain to caregivers and parents the importance of play based learning.
• Increased access to resources for families by coordinating with local agencies and organizations.
