• Develop and maintain complex and varied files, records and databases.

• Documented, updated, and automated databases using Airtable for the Operations team.
• Acted as the main point of contact and successfully cleaned up the Motive Slack Workspace.
• Led initiatives to streamline IT asset tracking processes.
• Automated a resource library for studio employees' access.
