Represent Bays in a variety of situations and forums
Support the Technical Director as Bays’ contact for Lower Island Soccer Association and BC Soccer
Liaise with other Clubs on organizational and administrative matters
Coordinate responses to public enquiries
Attend Board meetings.
Work with the Board to develop strategic, business, and operational plans.
Manage all issues and operations in accordance with Board direction and policy.
Ensure implementation of Board decisions
Provide input on Board policies, processes, and communications.
Liaise with all Board committees and working groups, and assists as necessary.
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing Bays’ programs (e.g., Academies, Spring season, Bring it Indoor Tournament) and liaises with the Director of Volunteers to coordinate volunteers
Support the Team Working Group in coordinating assessments and team formation
Work with the VP House and VP Youth in supporting coaches through the playing season
Support the Registration Coordinator and Director of Communications in sending club-wide emails and Social Media
Work directly with the Treasurer to ensure smooth operations of financial transactions
