Accountant with extensive financial experience, highly motivated and focused on objectives, with the ability to collect, monitor and study data to analyze the financial and accounting situation. Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis. Technical knowledge in use of spreadsheets, financial and accounting management software.
• Prepare statistical, financial and accounting reports.
• Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers' compensation forms, pension
contribution forms and other government documents
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and for utility, tax and other bills
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain
general ledgers and prepare financial statements
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using
manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping service
• A/R cash receipt application
• Process accounts receivable/payable
• Answer telephonic and electronic enquiries
