Coursework related to project management

  • I did a capstone project where I had to bring the project's schedule and budget on track by coordinating with the project sponsor and the contractor. I along with my team were able to bring the project back on track using various scheduling techniques such as fast-tracking, and crashing on MS Project and also by doing EVM analysis.
  • I was also part of a team that organized a Project management symposium event in durham college as part of my "Applications of project management" class. I was able to experience the challenges and hurdles that a project manager/team faces while going through the lifecycle of a project.
