• Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mountain chair lifts, and the customers that use them, in all kinds of weather.
• Supported special events and promotions by working closely with marketing and event staff to accommodate any additional needs related to lift usage.
• Increased overall lift efficiency by performing routine inspections and immediately reporting any malfunctions or issues to management.

• Sets up and operates plywood cutting machinery to build tools and parts of various products as blueprints provided.
• Other duties include studying blueprints and creating & editing the design, cutting plywood, changing tools as required and manipulating it to build the project, and performing regular maintenance & cleaning on the machinery.
• Inspected finished parts by checking for defects to meet quality standards.
• Completed projects on time by efficiently managing workload and prioritizing tasks according to deadlines.

• Prepare production floor for daily production, Lifting and moving construction material using cranes and forklift, Mix pour and spread material such as concrete, Operate various power tools, machines and other equipment as directed, Check the quality for daily production.
• Operated forklifts and boom lifts to complete various tasks.

• Responsible for the supervision of Reactors, Boilers, Chilling plant, RO plant, Cooling towers, Nitrogen plant, basically all Utility areas
• Also managed manpower utilization, project planning with safety.
• Developed and implemented procedures to verify compliance with engineering standards.
• Supported senior engineers in the development of complex designs, contributing to the advancement of project goals.

• During this apprenticeship period, I was given exposure to Mechanical trade practice in which we have to learn about Quality checks, safe operation and maintenance procedures, Firefighting facilities and mock drills, Calibration of various equipment, Accident Prevention and Control, Planning and Execution of loads of distributors, LOTO procedure, the study of line diagram, job safety analysis, store maintenance, emergency response, etc.
• Maintained accurate documentation of completed tasks, supporting efficient project management processes.

Many of my most formative and instructive experience came of outside the academic background, by the time I was enrolled for my bachelor's degree I was already the cofounder of a sport event management team, which went on for four years with more than 45 teams participating every year. The event was organized and managed from scratch by us, a team of seven members. Team from all over Gujarat took part in this
tournament. Managing and completing a total of around 64 matches in three days was a real challenge. It is where I learned that having a plan and executing a task requires proper management. My role was to ensure that all the activities stay within a budget and to schedule the event on a realistic timeline. Dealing with all the teams participating in the tournament. Referees and ground staff have helped me a lot in
improvement my communications skills. This event has played an important role in the development of my personality. It has taught me that personal responsibility for our part in the problem even if that only amounted to 1%. That’s personal leadership in action.
