I am a person who always double check my work before I can say I am done with the task I am given. I am easy to influence, especially if I know that my co-workers are passionate about their job. I am a quick learner as well. I love taking initiative when I work, and go beyond to what I am expected to do to give more satisfaction to the guests. I am an employee that always try to understand the problem first before taking actions and solve it with a solution that I know is appropriate. I always make sure that whenever I work I follow the policies of the company that I work with. As much as I love helping guests, I love helping my co-workers too, because for me helping each other at work will make our team to work smoothly and the our teamwork stronger.
