• TREA London Physical Activity & Active Transportation Workshop, London, Ontario, 01/2018, 04/2018, Team Member, Responsible for the construction and facilitation of a workshop promoting physical activity and active transportation in the workplace, Hosted workshop for employees at the London Ministry of Environment, Provided employees with a presentation regarding the benefits of physical activity and detrimental effects of physical inactivity, Used various facilitation tools to engage employees and stimulate discussion, Helped employees identify barriers preventing them from getting adequate amounts of physical activity and collectively came up with solutions to overcome them
• CHILD AND PARENT RESOURCE INSTITUTE, London, Ontario, 09/2016, 06/2018, Observership, Shadowed the pediatric psychiatrist of the developmental health section to become familiar with the nature of work and daily routine, Observed the weekly briefings/ progress updates of the in-patients with the entire team including the psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, patient staff/ teachers and occasionally families of patients, Observed a psychiatric tele-conference to understand client assessment processes, later used to devise treatment plans, Interacted with the in-patients during their free time

I am in my final Music Industry Arts semester at Fanshawe College. Producing my own music and working with artists to create finished projects is  something I love to do.
