This was my own digital whole selling firm. How it worked was I would target off market properties and try to reach the homeowner. Once I reached the homeowner, I would try to convince them to sell the property for a lowball cash price offer. I also gathered a list of wealthy cash buying real estate investors. The next step I would take would be agreeing on a set price with the homeowner over a contract, and then I would add a fee to the contract before presenting it to a cash buyer. Once the cash buyer agrees on the set price to purchase the property, I would then run it through a title company to receive my Finders fee.
