I work at https://mercedestextiles.com/ as a Quality Inspector at the moment. My tasks primary contain:

• Carrying out a variety of tasks here including assembly in the 50 and 100 feet line.
• Doing high pressure water test of the fire hoses.
• Packaging, Coating, and stenciling are the other parts I got to experience.
• Inspecting the quality and dimension of the hoses while classifying based on their quality, length and width and counting and documenting them.

I mostly:

• Updated the Pricing system by editing JASON codes while crawling and comparing our prices with the competitors
• Monitored and Analysed the critical KPIs of the company on a regular basis and provided the managers with a comprehensive report in Excel or POWER BI.
• Created visualized reports obtained from METABASE by editing SQL codes.

My tasks mainly included:

• Arranging bookings of Huawei ranging from their travel plan to invoicing their orders and communicating with their representative for the issues happened
• Setting their best travel plan with the minimum cost while the best possible hotel and flight based on their available monthly budget.
• Getting a confirmation for each booking and save them in their database for further reports.
• Doing data entry for the customers and creating their invoices
• Updating the data sheet containing the invoices for several customers for four types of invoices in ten statuses
• Automation of the weekly report for calculating the customers' account receivables to find out how much overdue invoices cost for each.
• Setting meetings as a sales representative member with the customer.

Nashre Fane Aria is a small private corporation holding congress and exhibitions

I was involved in:

• Supporting the technical infrastructures such as the computers and other electronic devices during and before the congress and exhibition
• Setting up computer systems, printers, and other devices to be able to categorize the participants based on the accessibility of their identification cards using Microsoft tools such as Access.
• Redesigning the website of the congress while entering the hyperlinked data, along with the updated resumes of the lecturers and key spokesmen in a classified menu for the informing of the participants as much as possible about the topics of the conference.
• Installing the SMS panel for the announcement of the congress details to the previous years' attendance after extracting their phone numbers from a big data sheet.
