- Complimented repair process optimization team by helping identify fragmented processes (examples include: tracking of work orders on shop floor to compare actual progress vs planned progress) and suggesting remedial actions (proper utilization of ERP systems for operation sequence hand offs between operators) to make the overall process lean
- Took on the additional role of plant maintenance lead and initiated digitization of manuals, generating a database of outsourced services, development and implementation of autonomous maintenance systems, creating inspection checklists, and critical spares inventory development

- Leading weekly continuous improvement meetings to identify improvement opportunities and further training by conducting GEMBA walks, carrying 6S audits, and cross-team discussions
