  • Dunleer Housing Scheme - Drogheda, Co Louth - Value: 45m - February 2025 - Current
  • Seventy Houses varying between Bungalows and Duplex's. Main responsibilities included overseeing the ground works from foundations to drainage and services installation, the installation of block and brickwork, timber frames and window and doors. Along with these packages I was working closely with the client's team of architects / representatives to help achieve their any specific tasks they needed and provide project updates at biweekly meetings.

  • Manage different subcontractor packages from pre - start to completion of their works, conducting weekly meetings with each contractor, working with subcontractors to resolve clarifications, as well as relaying important information back to my team in our weekly site operations meeting.
  • Ensure a positive health and safety environment on site is achieved by reviewing package RAMS thoroughly and approving them before they started on site to ensure procedures were followed on site.
  • Monitor strict programme dates in line with our project PC date.
  • Communicate with many stakeholders such as clients and architects to meet their requirements during construction and snagging stages are achieved.

  • Project Honey - London (£120m)
  • Part of the delivery team for Unilever's new global headquarters, consisting of two office buildings with CAT A fit-outs and a 326-space basement car park. Initially assisted with the pre-cast concrete structure installation for the car park, before taking on lead responsibilities for key areas including façade installation, high-spec fit-out zones such as a secure bicycle storage area, landscaped roof garden, and communal changing facilities. Oversaw subcontractor coordination, HSE compliance, and delivery against programme deadlines.
  • Trinity House - Oxford (£70m)
  • A six-storey commercial development with five floors delivered to CAT A standard and one floor to full fit-out. Joined the project during its mid-phase, where I was responsible for managing critical construction packages including the rooftop plant areas, electrical substations, and external terraces. My role focused on coordinating, subcontractors, maintaining health and safety standards, and supporting the integration of MEP services and structural elements to ensure alignment with the overall programme.
