PGY5 Geriatric Medicine resident at the University of Toronto with research experience in both basic sciences and clinical settings. Proven skills in clinical study design, data collection, and writing. Instrumental in the design and implementation of community weight loss programs, as well as hospital-based pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation programs. Research interests include translational studies in cardiac and diabetes care, pain management, patient-centered care, and expansion of fracture liaison services. Certified exercise physiologist with extensive experience in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. Clinical interests include lifestyle management, physical performance in aging, and behavioural neurology.
