• Executing projects till tape-out and ensuring customer satisfaction
• I lead various teams in creating project scope, schedule and budget to meet customer's requirements
• I was also responsible to deliver regular progress reports and presentation to senior management
• Handle incoming customer queries and issues
• Provide appropriate product information to customers and resolving customer complaints effectively
• Furthermore, I also ensured all customer records and documents are maintained.
