Projects: delivery of emergency management plans for safety and security risks for various companies, organizations and institutes by conducting the following tasks;

• Coordinating the implementation and operation of plans
• conducting Hazard and risk evaluation processes
• Design, evaluation and monitoring the procedures of emergency plans;
• Design and implementation of exercises in different scales and scopes;
• Facilitating presentation and technical meetings with engaged committees and partners;
• Liaising with different program components and stakeholders

Managing the volunteer-based functions of the SES Unit including;

• Volunteer recruitment, training and onboarding
• Coordination of the emergency plan within the community
• Maintaining the development of the unit and updating SOPs and procedures
• Training the volunteers via weekly meetings and presentations;
• Managing the unit functions including operations, finance, assets, inventory, facilities and ensuring unit activities in compliance with FESA SES Policies of Australia.
