As a Fill Crew Member at Canadian Tire, my primary responsibility was to ensure that shelves are consistently stocked and organized to meet customer demands. This involves unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, sorting items, and strategically placing them on shelves according to store layout guidelines. I had use inventory management systems to track stock levels, identifying low inventory areas, and promptly restocking products to maintain a visually appealing and accessible store.

My role was crucial in maintaining the store's appearance and functionality, as well as supporting other departments by ensuring they have the necessary items readily available for customers. Attention to detail is key, as accurately labeling products, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety protocols are integral parts of the position.

In terms of customer service, my role extended beyond restocking shelves. Engaging with customers, assisting them in finding products, and providing knowledgeable guidance on various merchandise can greatly enhance their shopping experience. Being approachable, attentive, and knowledgeable about the store's inventory can make a significant difference in customer satisfaction.
