I began my Master of Art's in Counselling Psychology practicum at the Little Warriors Be Brave Ranch.My practicum allowed me to develop my clinical judgment, therapeutic presence, and theoretical integration in real-world practice. My experience included the following:

  • Provided individual counselling, group counselling, family counselling, and various dyadic counselling sessions.
  • Developed and implemented personalized treatment plans using person-centered, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) modalities.
