• Prepare and maintain daily reports to track progress, site conditions, and project milestones.
• Utilize project management tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to streamline communication, document management, and project tracking.
• Finalize project documentation, including warranties, O&M manuals, and closeout packages.

• Management and responsibility for the pre-construction phase (planning and scope of work close-out).
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and relevant documents to determine the scope of work and prepare cost estimates.
• Performs reviews of construction documents for conformance with the construction drawings and specifications.
• Conduct thorough, accurate cost estimations for commercial construction or remodeling projects, ensuring project profitability.
• Assist in estimating a competitive bid proposals that meet client requirements and project specifications.
• Reviews design feasibility and conduct plan review, cost analysis & value engineering.
• Perform site and project analysis (site verification, phasing of installation, order entry, request installation quotes, etc.).
• Evaluate project risks and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and presentations to discuss project estimates and proposals.
• Create submittal documents ensuring compliance with the construction drawings and specifications.
• Generate RFI’s based on the requests from the architect or GC while tracking if it has a cost impact.
• Generate and review RFI’s, submittals, change orders, and any other project related items that require resolution.
• Prepare subcontractors agreements and purchase orders.
• Write progress reports, meeting notes, special issues report, and other forms of communication.
• Control change order requests and required approvals per the budget and schedule.
• Submit final close-out documents, O&M, warranty at completion of the project.

• Overseeing the construction activities that take place on-site ( Tiling, Drywall, Painting, Electrical, Millwork, Wallpaper and Furniture installation ).
• Supervising the sub contractors and staff while maintaining a safe work environment ( Main contact for subs ).
• Resolving day-to-day problems on the job site and inspecting all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications ( resolve discrepancies & recommend solutions ).
• Review the plans and discuss any issues found with the Project Manager/ Designer.
• Attend construction meetings with sub contractors and management.
• Coordinate furniture deliveries and installations.

• Monitor and approve work tags.
• Ensure site protection - employees and subcontractors are working under company / OSHA requirements.

• Design & assist in the creation of the environment’s tradeshows, exhibitions, events and custom fabrications of the agency’s big-name clients.
• Submit floor plans, technical drawings, rendering for the tradeshows, exhibitions, kiosks and all the custom fabrications.

• Product Development / Creating Technical Drawings for new and current products.
• Prepare Design and tech drawings (3D rendering and detailed technical and assembly drawings/ instructions) for all the custom fabrications and furniture.
