My name is Fabian Jolicoeur and I possess more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, my professional history includes commercial and residential projects, some of which are based throughout Quebec, and Ontario.
Having worked with clients, architects, engineers, contractors and various trades, I have a good understanding of how to coordinate and manage a project from start to finish. Having the experience as a Project Coordinator, Estimator and Designer (architectural technologist) I have gained a practical knowledge of provincial and national building codes, as well as the capability to carry a project from the preliminary design phase to the completion and sign off phase with regards to occupancy permits and inspection.
