During my time at MD Drilling as a Foreman/Supervisor, I was able to further my team leadership skills by supervising a 5 person crew, and project time management. My crews responsibilities included: installing trenchless pipelines for utility companies, operation of Bore Machines, Vacuum Trucks, Dump Trucks, and Compressors, and project management for contracts with the California Department of Transportation, municipal entities, and utility providers.
During my time as a Foreman for Arizona Pipeline, my duties included: managing a 5 person crew, daily safety meetings and inspections, operating Jackhammer and Backhoes, digging, landscaping, paving, fiber optic installation, telephone line installation, sweeping, loading, concrete finishing and removal, pipe laying, and installation of Utility Vaults.
After my honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corp., I returned to HCI, Inc. Within 6 months of employment I was promoted to Foreman. I was in charge of a 2-4 man crew where our duties included: digging, landscaping, paving, fiber optic cable installation, sweeping, loading, concrete finishing and removal, pipe laying, and operation of Jackhammers and Backhoes.
I started HCI, Inc. when I graduated High School. During my time at HCI, Inc. my job duties included: digging, sweeping, loading and unloading, paving, shoring, pipe laying, and man hole pumping. I departed the company to start my career in the United States Marine Corp.
