  • Oversees training and onboarding process for all newly hired employees.
  • Produces team-based communications, correspondence with external vendors, presentations, agendas, action logs for committee meetings and workshops, and other documents for Directors and teams using SharePoint and complete Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Forms and Visio.
  • Prepares customized LMS reports for the team to help support staff complete required training before expiry dates for better compliance and ensure safety across the company.
  • Supports people leaders by maintaining OPEX budget tracker, scheduling meetings as per priority, and keeping weekly team meeting action logs to assist in driving results.
  • Prepares and processes payment of invoices, requisitions, and releases in Oracle. Follows up with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are paid promptly.

  • Worked with construction safety consultant, TRH, to establish Maintenance Contractors Safety Partnership Program. Pronto Forms has been integrated into SharePoint to ensure the GTAA has the record of each safety observation report done by TRH in our systems for a better follow-up process.
  • Successfully completed special projects like I-Share Migration to SharePoint to exceed the goals of both IT and ADTS departments and the overall organization in keeping the company records intact during migration to a new document repository location. Following the migration, established and maintains the Engineering and Architectural Standards & Specifications Library.
