  • Oversees training and onboarding process for all newly hired employees.

  • Worked with construction safety consultant, TRH, to establish Maintenance Contractors Safety Partnership Program. Pronto Forms has been integrated into SharePoint to ensure the GTAA has the record of each safety observation report done by TRH in our systems for a better follow-up process.
  • Successfully completed special projects like I-Share Migration to SharePoint to exceed the goals of both IT and ADTS departments and the overall organization in keeping the company records intact during migration to a new document repository location.
