  • Reporting directly to IT Manager/ Project Manager as a Team Leader, I successfully managed a team of 8 members (Business Analysts, Technical and Functional Consultants) who worked together and successfully delivered the following:
  • Develop an understanding of client strategic direction, pain points, and project scope
  • Assist PM with HR implementation project plans
  • Identify resources and estimated efforts required for implementation project
  • Requirements gathering and Fit/ GAP analysis
  • Assist in documentation, evaluation and translation of business process architectures, and map customer needs to oracle HR functionality
