I am a prospective student joining in Fall 2023. Highly motivated with a desire to fill in the role as a UAI program assistant. Possessing a great work ethic with a great personality, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills, I am committed to ensuring good relations and a positive environment. But I am also adept at working effectively unsupervised and mastering new skills. Am open to critics and bettering myself not only for myself but also for the community. As an International student who has been in Canada for over 2 years since high school and now enrolling in a university, I get the challenges that international students go through for I have been there. The loneliness, homesickness, language barrier, and the difference in culture. I believe I can assist international students to cope with the new environment which can be overwhelming to most of us and share some of the tactics that I used to make friends and get used to Canada.
