- Working effectively and efficiently in such a fast-paced evironments. I've proven to learn quickly and adapt to different situations when it comes to my role as a Trainer/Lead. I work well in a team where strong communication I am an advocate and demonstrate amongst others to to our day-to-day operations.
- As an Attractions Trainer, I train how to operate an attraction while following operating guidelines and following order that attractions/leadership requests. Here, I pay attention to detail about the operation and use critical thinking to break down different problems and evaluating solutions. I talk about the description of the work load, demonstrate how to operate heavy machinery, while following other guidelines such as being efficient, safety, courtesy, diverse, and stepping into the show aspect.
- I am an Attraction Lead which I handle by ensuring cast members are following their safety operational guidelines and ensuring that their mandatory breaks are provided. As well as ensuring the safety of guests is a top priority. As well as duties such as ensuring the attraction is staying within the budgeting hours, ensuring phone calls are being made when an occurrence happens within the attraction, and maintaining a close flow with our managers.
- While being part of the attractions department, I am also an facilitator for one of the lands in California Adventure. As a facilitator I present the story of the land and how we broadcast the story to the guests coming to visit. As well as talking about the different departments in the land and their importance that each individual brings to brings into their own roles.

- I spent the first 2 years being a cashier where I handled a register, money, and transactions to help guests check out and/or resolve an issue with their orders.
- After the 2 years, I moved on to the barista position located in the same Target where I took orders and made drinks for guests. During the time of my barista experience, I learned the abilities to track orders and place supply orders. I had quickly learned the formulas to create drinks and deliver them to guests at their liking.
