My passion and dedication for senior fitness and improving their quality of life drive me to create engaging and effective training programs. For instance, I have successfully led a strength training program that resulted in significant improvements in participants' mobility and overall physical health. Additionally, I am certified in CPR and First Aid, ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals I work with.
As a Senior Fitness Instructor, I create training sessions that are tailored to the specific needs and physical limitations of older individuals, including cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility routines. I am currently a part-time senior fitness instructor at the Town of Halton Hills and an Aqua Fit Instructor at Edgewater residence, where I lead water-based fitness classes designed to improve strength and flexibility.
