  • Development and daily monitoring in the field of the logistics plan for the delivery and installation of new equipment for the modernization of the AIRTEL DRC network with the integration of 4G technology on a total of 595 sites, in compliance with the implementation schedule adopted for the city-province of Kinshasa (386 sites) and for the provinces of Kongo-Central (140 sites), Kwilu (53 sites) and Kwango (16 sites)
  • Daily coordination of the teams of partners and subcontractors present on each of the sites to be modernized, in particular by providing remote support for access to the sites or for any other information necessary for the progress of the work in the field
  • Verification and proposal of any necessary corrections to the installations made in some sites in the city-province of Kinshasa and in the provinces of Kongo-Central, to ensure the compliance of the installations with the technical standards of the specifications; - Testing the quality of the new 4G technology among subscribers. 

  • - Reporting, daily analysis of KPIs and Optimization of Access Microwaves, Backbones links of the operator AIRTEL RDC to improve the quality and ensure 100% availability of the Transmission links; - Database, Management of capacity utilization of operational transmission links in the network, utilizations not exceeding 70%; - Management of audits and inventories of transmission equipment used in the AIRTEL network.
