My name is Evan Seidlitz I have almost 30 years in the restaurant industry. I worked in kitchens for 10+years. Everything from a dish washer, prep cook, line cook, expo, and kitchen shift leader. I have been a bartender for the past 20 years. I have opened numerous corporate and smaller restaurants including Dave & Busters, Hard Rock Cafe, The Bourbon Room, Grandmaster Recorders, Saltie Girl and Marea Beverly Hills to name a few. I would say I have a real appreciation for both food and cocktails. I have created numerous drink programs and have trained plenty of bartenders over the years. I am always working on something at my home, be it a new infusion, clarified milk punch or some sort of new recipe.
