- Provided callers from various groups (LGBTQ+, Indigenous peoples, people with disabilities, etc.) crisis prevention and assessment through trust, emotional support, and active listening, totaling over 150 hours.
- De-escalated multiple high-risk situations in the Greater Toronto Area resulting in the contacting of emergency services to ensure the safety of the client.
