Operated in over 25 crane weight tests ranging from RTC, ATC, HTC cranes requiring max working load limits to maintain annual certifications optimizing NAVFACs crane fleet readiness
Conduct Operational Daily Check List (ODCL) inspection of cranes according with the NAVFAC p-307
Perform crane preventive maintenance
Currently licensed to operate cranes RTC 80100, RTC 80110, RTC 80150, HTC 8675, HTC 86100
Qualified to operate RTC 80110 in single and double hook configuration and do a complex 2 hook lift.
Assisted in replacement of wire rope on various cranes as needed
Reviewing load charts with complete understanding, to include outrigger configuration, boom mode, deductions, reeving parts of line, and wire rope strength
Utilize ORM in every lift to ensure safety of everyone involved
Operated at NBPL over 1000 hours onloading Tomahawk Land Attack Missiles (TLAM)and Torpedoes MK-48, ship guns and various other ship weapons safely and with precision following complex lifting procedures as per NAVFAC P307, NAVSEA OP-5
